اللي ماجرب لسه ترند برغر العجين جربوه لأنه خطير🍔👌 مقادير العجينة: كوب حليب دافئ م.ك خميرة فورية ١/٢ م.ك سكر بنحركهم شوي وبنغطيهم شي ربع ساعة بنرجع بنضيف ١/٢ كوب زيت نباتي بيضة كاملة م.ك ملح ٤ كوب طحين بنضيفهم بالتدريج وبنعجن وبندهن العجينة بالزيت وبنتركها تختمر، انا عملتها ٦ قطع حجم كبير . لحمة البرغر: ٥٠٠ غ لحمة مدهنة م.ص ملح بهار أسود بهار مشكل بابريكا ٢ .ك بقسماط مطحون بيطلعوا ١٠ حبات وزن ٥٠ غ لكل وحدة الصوص اللي استخدمته: مايونيز، كاتشب، خردل ومخلل خيار مقطع لقطع صغيرة #ترند #برغر-العجين#ترند_تيك_توك #foryoupage❤️❤️ #اكسبلور
