Who own nodes that store whole blockchain actually owns it. Other nodes stores parts of it can’t check all. Imagine torrents that at some time available up to 97%, you will never able to download it completely. P2P have penalties while you have to store a LOT.

It appears he has no idea how bitcoin blockchain works, neither does the interviewer. There’s a reason why bitcoin is “decentralized”. The reason Winklevos twins invested is because they saw value in the technology. That said, I don’t disagree with everything Jiang says.

There aren’t servers for a blockchain. The users acts as the “servers”. That’s what makes it decentralized. Because no single person holds all the power.
