This routine is for anyone who is not dealing with extreme damage but wants over all glossier & softer hair this is the the exact routine I built for getting glass hair on fine hair but will work for the wavy curly hair girls too!! the science: the flatten your cuticle lies, the more light it reflects that's what gives the illusion of glass. glossy hair isn't a product, it's the consistency of routine over time that’s keeping that cuticle smooth from prewash to final styling it took me a while to figure out the system, but once I did, the results compounded and now I wanna share my favourite tips with you because this is the routine that actually for every wash day. the 5 things I never skip: 1. always create a barrier before shampoo: hair oil or conditioner first. less friction = less cuticle damage = more shine 2. weekly hair mask. deep hydration is what keeps that cuticle flat and the shine consistent. 3. a glossing treatment every 3-4 weeks this is the step that takes glossy to glass 4. leave-in conditioner every single wash. beats frizz and keeps the cuticle flat between washes. 5. the hair sandwich method oil before heat styling AND after. then always finish with a cool shot to lock the cuticle in place ✨ Hope these haircare tips help you guys!! #hair #haircare #glasshair #hairgloss
