Also PEGASUS AIRLINES in SABIHA GOKCEN did the same to me . I paid 60€ for a luggage 20 kg and then I asked bcs my luggage was just 10 kg and small If I can take it on cabin and they said its fine at thr beganing before I take it and then they made me pay 50€ even if was paid

As someone that’s worked for Ryanair and multiple other airlines, it definitely fits . You should have asked for a supervisor or a manager . And I’d definitely make a complaint.
