@coach_mundy_: Somehow, the rep with the most fatigue present is the most stimulative.. so that would mean a deload is also never required cuz you should stay in that fatigued state for more gains 🌚

because doing 1 rep does have motor unit recruitment, but not enough tut for enough mechanical tension, and it turn hypertrophy

I think it’s bc if you do 1 rm in deadlifts you’re cns would have a harder time recovering instead of 5-7 reps but that’s what I think if anyone knows pls tell me
