smile from your heart, really feel how you are smiling from the heart, it relaxes you not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually aswell. keep practicing it daily whenever you have a couple minutes over and it will change your life.

I am so sensitized. I had so many triggers the last few days. Every harmless sound, every conversation even if it is just about the weather IMMEDIATELY sends me into fight or flight. My nervous system is CONSTANTLY scanning for threats and EVERYTHING seems dangerous. Im sweating like crazy, have so many ectopic heart beats like PVC‘s, feel nausea and am so so tired. Please…what can I do? Im not talking about longterm methods - I need help now. How can I get through the day? EVERYTHING triggers me. Even eating. Please comment and help… 🫶🏼
