Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how people can get a place to rent and do some crap like this but me and my girlfriend 21 and 24 can’t even get our first place to rent together can’t even find nobody willing to give us a chance or the time of day because of our age and the fact that we don’t have 800 credit scores but the nasty people the destructive people the disrespectful people they’re welcomed with open arms and they’re able to just do this crap and then immediately leave and go rent another place no problem. SMH

I wish there was a database for landlords to post the pictures and names of the people who trash their property: to warn future landlords. If there is such a site:please let us know.

There's no damage. There was a deposit collected for cleaning and move out. I don't understand the issue.

Damn…. This made me realize how good of a tenant me and my boyfriend are. We rented a master room from a woman who was renting her house so we had roommates. Unfortunately, those roommates were very rude, inconsiderate, dirty and caused roaches so I no longer felt comfortable living there. Once we moved out, we cleaned the room sooooo good! The landlord felt some type of way for us wanting to break our lease agreement to leave as we were simply uncomfortable and we didn’t get along with the roommates so after we left, she also tried to take us to small claims court saying we stole her mattress? MIND YOU, when we moved in she gave us her old used mattress.. ofc we were not going to sleep on that so we got rid of her mattress and got a new one. It was a mess! The room was super clean when we left, she lied saying it wasn’t even tho we had picture proof. We also had proof the mattress was ours. She ended up dropping the case against us, I’m sure she realized she was stupid 🤣

We had to renter that non-renewed their lease. She said that she needed a few extra days to get her stuff out so we allowed her three extra days past her expiration. She never contacted us never turned in the keys after those three days at the end of the month when we had no response from her we had to file eviction because she hadn’t paid rent and hadn’t turned in keys. She then turned in the keys and we went in to do a move out inspection. I’m not sure what she needed the three extra days for because the property was filled full of crap.
