Dude. In 1990 I served in Desert Storm. Had a girlfriend when I left. She was the love of my life. I come back and she was seeing someone else. I was so devastated. Time went on ai got married and she got married. I had kids and she had kids. Only saw her twice in 30 some year. Then Facebook comes along. I reached out to her. That’s how I knew she was married with kids. We messaged each other. She found out I was unhappy with marriage. And I found out she was unhappy with hers. We both got divorces. Now we are back together. I forgave her. You can too
