The most important thing when starting fitness is building a routine you can actually stick to. Consistency matters more than doing too much too soon. Training 3 days a week consistently is far better than aiming for 5 days and burning out. Once fitness becomes a habit, you can gradually increase your training frequency and find what works best for your lifestyle.
