As a dark haired and hairy girl, I have the Philips Lumea IPL (about 400€) and I am basically hairless after 4 times of using it. After that you just do the one hour routine once a month and the hair doesn’t come back and you save lots of money :)

As an esthetician. It shouldn’t be advertised as laser hair removal. It’s laser hair reduction, no one will ever be 100% hairless. It’s a tough pill to swallow for those who do the service. I wouldn’t & couldn’t sit there and tell my client that they will ever be 100% hairless. Genetics, hormones, child birth, medications can all cause hair growth. If you are taking a suppliment for hair growth do you think it’s only for hair on your head? 😐 there’s so so so much that goes into laser hair reduction, it’s not a waste of money for those who shave everyday to shave maybe only 2-3 times a month. Keep that in mind

licensed esthetician here 👋, electrolysis is the only way to permanently remove hairs and still doesnt work for EVERYONE, if you cant afford it or cant handle to pain, waxing is the best method to minimize hair growth over time!

The best are the at home ones. I started using it once a week on the highest setting everywhere i wanted (completely ignored their instructions) until the hair stopped growing. Now I only do it when it grows back but the hair is thin and patchy and i use it until the hair stops growing. Best investment ever
