i needed to hear this so much. i’ve got truly awful teeth (by no fault of my own) and it’s my biggest insecurity - i have to be careful even eating soft foods because they will just crumble. i’ve not been to the dentist since i was 12 and it’s a true full blown fear now. you’ve inspired me to sign up to a couple of local dentists to hopefully get my journey started. thank you mel 🤍

I sympathise so much with you, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and was extremely hesitant to go see them! I am only 19 however cannot afford the £2000 the dentist want to help with my dental health and the pain that comes with dental issues! But I am so happy young built up the courage to get help💛

this is such a wierd thing but im currently going through a break up right now and im feeling better but on some days its really hard. watching all your videos and storytimes really distracts me as theyre so mentally stimulating and interesting i love your videos 🫶🏼

I haven’t been through any of this but I do have as a parent such a feeling of responsibility to my kids with their teeth ! I drum it into them daily to clean how to clean electric toothbrush etc ! Great to see awareness being put out there ! Ur smile now says ur all 😁

I think stuff like this needs to be spoken about more! I’m basically living through the same situation, parents not teaching the importance of dental hygiene. I didn’t go to a dentist properly until I was about 16 and even then I had to be sedated to even get in the chair. Virtually all of my front teeth have had to have root canals due to decay as a child/teen and I’ve had to have 2 extracted
