if they’re gonna take away social media they AT LEAST need to do something about the prices of recreational activities, I’m already 16 but there is genuinely nothing I could’ve done except be online. ice skating is literally £20 and half an hour away it’s ridiculous if they don’t do anything about pricing then kids are just gonna bypass it because there is barely ANYTHING else to do except creative things which even as an artist I can only handle every so often. there are so many other big issues in the world, I agree with the ban for under 16s on SOME platforms but banning YouTube is genuinely just petty😭 lock in and fix the country before you fix social media bro💔
