I feel like my ADD has won its battle against me… I couldn’t find a job for 1,5 years as a Developer and with every day it got harder to apply for jobs… now I work in a warehouse for a very low wage just because I couldn’t get it done…

this is actually really solid advice, I've been doing that for years but without knowing what I'm doing. Thanks!

OMG! Thank you so much for this video. I’m not diagnosed with ADHD, but in the last few months, as I’ve been reading about adult ADHD, I’ve started to assume I might have it. This is exactly what I needed to hear, because I keep delaying things I can do until the last minute and then rushing to finish them. I will try this strategy. Again thank you 🥰

the advice is really good ! but with the anxiety, what if i try the tips and i have a panic attack thinking of the consequences. im not sure if its better to do the task in the urgency of time or do the task with a panic attack 🤔

How can I convince myself to exercise? I've wanted so badly for many years, to workout and get in shape again, but for some reason never start. I used to be in great shape when I was wrestling and doing martial arts, constantly biking, roller blading, running. I miss all that.

I hope this works for others, but there's so much information about how ND people struggle with exactly this kind of abstract future thinking precisely because a promise of future rewards does not generate dopamine like it does for alistic people, in my experience the treat of non-inmmediate consequences has the same lack of effect, I know from day one that skipping twice a week will get me kicked out in 6 months, but that's not the same as knowing I'll fail today if I skip this exam, if that makes sense.
