I know it looks like I eat what I want but then I have 1-2 days I don't eat. or what you see I ate was the whole thing I ate that day. it's not about what you eat but how much calories still.

Don't feel bad really, it’s like this for most people. For years I thought I was one of those “I can eat whatever I want and never gain weight” girl, then I went to college after being homeschooled and realized… oh, I do eat a lot, but it’s mostly really plain, low-calorie food. I’m just a VERY picky eater and that’s genuinely the food I like. Like to me, a plate of steamed vegetables is peak cuisine. Today most people I know who "eat what they want and don't gain weight" either eat like me or they simply don't eat a lot. They'll eat a whole pizza and then nothing else for the day. Some people just don't like eating.

People THINK I can “eat whatever I want” but in reality I can only hold down like one meal a day… it’s not good or healthy I know but like what I’m saying is it’s not always what it seems esp online
