hear me out, we make every character have a second class from the original. Deadpool gets to keep his all 3 classes but DPS characters can be either healers or tanks and vise versa.

U do realize DPS are the bread and butter of the game you need a lot of DPS because they are the main counters they dictate the game the hardest role to play because if all else fails the DPS has to do it all. Kill which includes flanking, peeling, front lining etc. tanks are not required to kill just take space and be the line. Supports don’t need to kill or take space they just need to focus healing. When supports need help they look for the DPS b4 tanks. When tanks need help they look for DPS. Yall need to stop complaining we are the essential tool in all this

The problem started on release. There should have been an equal number of each role. Now they are stuck in this trap where they can’t go too long without releasing a dps or they will lose the dps player-base

Also the argument about supports being OP, have they ever thought that maybe just maybe they have played these characters so much they know exactly how to counter your character. When DPS can switch multiple times a game, for supports or tanks the wide variety of options just aren’t available. So banning these characters is making the roles unenjoyable. I’ve noticed a lot of tanks are being banned this season too, much like the support one in last season. We definitely need to stop more DPS releases for a good few seasons. But of course that won’t happen. The support role hasn’t had a new character release in 3/4 months. The devs really aren’t encouraging other roles to be played tbh.
