Sorry about the wait everyone! Here’s the recipe:)Dough: 1.5 cups All purpose flour + extra if needed 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 1.5 cups cottage cheese (I blended mine slightly) Filling: 1/3 brown sugar ( I used stevia replacement) totally up to you! 3 tablespoons melted butter 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon Frosting: 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon milk (or water) Instructions: Combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla. Then add dry ingredients and then roll out dough to desired thickness Then Melt butter, add sugar+cinnamon. Then spread onto dough in an even layer. (I added blueberry preserves to half) you can add really about anything and make your own flavor combo! The roll and cut into desired pieces. Place in an 8-9” cake pan, ( you can use any pan you have available)! BAKE @ 375 F 25-30 minutes and ENJOY!
