No hate to anyone but the fact that xotaic was the winner of the tournament that gave kingsman so much exposure but didn’t recognize the winners was so sad to see. I want all my favorite players and creators to make it big they truly deserve it

it's kinda sad when you look at what that "tournament" didn't even do for the community. the idea was apparently to bring rivals to audiences that aren't already engaged in the game, like jynxzi's. but his audience had to sit there and watch him play rocket, already a boring character to watch, but also watch him get destroyed and embarrassed (pun ult moment) and then after it all he said he had no intention to pick up rivals. ofc he doesn't, he got thrown in the grinder with top 500 and pro players. so it did nothing for the growth and engagement, it was just for clip farming.

Yea “rivals creator tournament” but they bring in people like jynxzi who has never played rivals before but dont bring in people like quad, xotaic, etc who are actual rivals creators

I get what you're saying but Kingsman shouldnt be in that category with all those major content creators. We have to remember he didnt blow up until 4 months ago. He is still a college student trying to make a living playing on a laptop. Everyone else in those tournaments could definitely be moved out.

I know its cringe but when I use to get recognized in game it made my day, I would run to my sister's room and say "Omg people know me" and after so many years of feeling like a nobody. suddenly I was somebody, even just to those few people ♡
