This is common, at Chula Vista PD Off. J. Salvador acquired a grant for the department and was bamboozle when they gave the grant to someone else to manage. Salvador left to SDSO and Chief Kennedy was upset for him leaving and said, “take his dog.” Salvador fought to keep his dog, and left the Sheriff’s. This is common, don’t question it or you will be blacklisted.

This is disgusting. I work in HR and this is absolutely unacceptable and unlawful. What happened to the ADA Interactive Process? I can’t believe removing him from his canine job was the SDPD response. Unbelievable
