it's a great dessert but there is nothing that makes it jamaican mainly due to the fact that banana pudding is an american thing , I suggest maybe a jamaican inspired version using a hint of blue mountain instant coffee and some Appleton, those added ingredients you could call it a jamaican inspired tiramisu banana pudding. just my thought on this still
