Below if a little more info on each component needed! ⬇️ 1. Canva design (with template link) This is your actual product, made in Canva and ready for the buyer to edit. You generate a template link so buyers get their own copy instead of editing your original. 2. PDF with template link inside (for buyer) The PDF is what gets delivered on Etsy, and it holds the template link plus simple instructions. Etsy requires a file to be uploaded which is why this is needed. 3. Mockups of product Mockups show your template in a real setting so buyers can picture using it. Clean mockups do most of the selling before anyone reads your title or description. 4. Video (optional but recommended!) Etsy favors listings with video, so this can help you rank and convert at the same time. 5. SEO (title and tags) Your title and 13 tags are how buyers actually find you in search. Strong keyword research here matters more than almost anything else in the listing. 6. Description for listing The description answers questions, lists what is included, and tells the buyer exactly how to use the file. It also is a great place to add more keywords so you’re listing can rank better. 7. Fill in all other attributes in listing These are the extra fields Etsy gives you like category, type, and the occasion section. Filling every one gives the algorithm more to work with and helps your listing show up in more searches.
