Season the salmon with olive oil and PoggioliEats Cajun seasoning. 2. Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat, then place the salmon in and sear for 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Flip the salmon, let it cook for another few minutes, then lower the heat and let it finish cooking through. 4. In a separate pan, add butter and olive oil, then cook the shallots and garlic until fragrant. 5. Season with PoggioliEats Cajun seasoning, then pour in the heavy cream. 6. Add red pepper flakes and black pepper, then let the sauce come to a simmer. 7. Turn the heat down low, then mix in freshly shredded Parmesan, lemon juice, bacon, and parsley. 8. Once the sauce is thick, creamy, and combined, add in the pasta over very low heat and let everything come together. 9.
