It's literally always radlibs trying to rewrite history about this. The history of goth is sadly crowded with white racist edgelords, hence Christian Death's most popular song. I WISH actual leftist politics were a requirement to be goth, but they've clearly never been. Listening to the music is a non negotiable though.
