the best one this week was "the rent being raised at renewal doesnt apply to me like it does everyone else because I have another residence in another state and im a minimalist so please just type up a new renewal with the same price as I pay now" and that was word for word.

my favorite is "its your fault for not sending me a reminder" or when they move out and want term fees or damages waived "you should waive all charges because I've lived here since the dawn of time and have been a better resident than anyone else thats ever lived here and there should be considerstion for that" Mam. thank you for paying YOUR bills that you agreed too but no. im not waiving the fees.
