I’ve seen Chinese tea ceremonies before and they often brew the same tea leaves multiple times (even throwing out the first brew) - does Japan do a similar thing? Or is it one and done

As far as I know, the leaves can also be eaten afterwards! I think yuzu/yuzu soy sauce can be used as a topping as well
