When I start to sweat or heat up, my back starts to itch like crazy. I can’t explain it but it’s a giant pain in the ass.

I get runners itch a lot just from walking, because I have POTS which apparently makes it a lot more frequent. I'm currently trying to figure out whether it's also connected hormonally to my cycle. Bc it happens sometimes and not others. And having gone for a walk recently reduces the likelihood of it, but not always.

I get serious itches and welts when I try to run or walk for to long….have to take antihistamines

I genuinely need you to answer this question: is this similar to the nasty itching feeling I get when going out in the cold? For example, I am not in the best of shape, but even when I was “thin”, I would go for a long walk in the cold and hate it, because ai get this awful itchiness around my thighs/buttocks. Is it the same thing? I just assumed I was allergic to the cold, bard on random stuff Id heard, but this seems like a possible explanation.
