I asked was these expectations being applied to everyone or just me , that email turned into a in person meeting, I work for the state of CA and I am a union rep , I’ve noticed that when ever I ask a question managers can’t answer they try to paper trail me , it’s always timekeeping because they have no other claims, my work is always done , but despite timekeeping being a direct union contract violation

Happened to me, since I was there a very long time and knew how to several positions. I was at my job for 20 years and never had a write-up till we got new supervisors. I was going on my second write-up when they terminated me since i went against company policy due to an incident that happened
