I love Ragu. I don’t care what the haters say. I’ve been eating it since I was a child! I of course, sauté some onions and peppers, and ground beef and fresh garlic, and then I add the sauce, fresh Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes so it’s sort of homemade! Lol! Oh, and I also add a can of fire, roasted garlic, diced tomatoes!!🤤🤤🤤

My favorite way to use up zucchini is by making latkes. Use the shred attachment on your blender, then ring out excess water with a kitchen towel. In a bowl mix zucchini shreds, flour, ton of seasonings and then make little flat patties and shallow fry. Dip with yum yum (trust me)

Idea: use squash cut into ribbons (I add carrot ribbons too) as layers in a veg lasagna with your awesome Alfredo sauce 😋 sooo easy and you'll have leftovers to portion and freeze for post baby arrival 💕

If you get tired of the spaghetti as it is, maybe try a spaghetti grilled cheese. I need to try it myself!!! I’ve seen people make it on TT.
