I live in northern Michigan. My syrup comes the the maple tree. I unfortunately can’t have it any other way. So I’m bougie and buy it from my neighbor

no no as a Canadian this is the one thing I will argue is no right! maple syrup needs to be tapped from a maple tree. this, this is table syrup NOT maple syrup

that's not pancakes syrup brown sugar and whatever else she put in that pan real maple syrup comes from a tree that grows in Canada or maybe I think the other state is Virginia where you get the real maple syrup
