hey I made this and I have some feedback. first it’s way too salty for my taste but maybe that’s me. if I made this again i would add any extra salt I would just rely on the creole seasoning, broth, and pasta to give that flavor. then, if the video is geared towards beginners it would be helpful to specify cooking temps. I did the chicken on medium. it’s important to cut the heat before adding the cheeses and a beginner may not know that. such a great recipe, I can’t wait to make it again sometime!

from Louisiana here: Tony’s seasoning has a good amount of salt but you can get a salt free version which might help if you are salt sensitive

You're creole seasoning might already have salt in it. If so, you could skip or halve the regular salt in your seasoning mix.
