@philsmypharmacist: Okay this is gross but stay with me. 🥜 Per 16 oz jar of peanut butter, the FDA allows up to 16 rodent hairs. Your chocolate bar gets up to 74 insect parts. Canned apples can be up to 12% mold. Spaghetti sauce, 15 fruit fly eggs per 100 grams. All legal. All considered fine. So when someone tells me they won’t touch the generic because it “might be different” from the brand name… the rule says a generic can vary up to 20% from brand. Sounds scary, I get it. But in real life the actual difference comes out to about 4%. Same active ingredient, same dose, same job, usually a fraction of the price. 💊 Your peanut butter has bug parts in it and you’re doing just fine. The generic is fine too.
