Penguin Colony is developed by Origame Digital who while yes are based in AUS, have many Māori devs and ties to Aotearoa, they also developed Umurangi Generation, a super cool photography game that deals with themes of colonization as well. Also cool is that Penguin Colony will release with Te Reo Māori translation as well.

I have a hard time with demos. if I like the game, then I don't really wanna spend too long playing a demo when I'm gonna play the full game in a few months. I usually play enough to know if it's a game I'd buy and stop.
