We got a new food truck that has entered the chat at the Galleria food truck park! This new food truck is 100% Halal with all fresh ingredients and spices. They have a different selection of main items ranging from their popular jollof rice bowls to Suya burgers. I went to go check it out and I tried a different variety of items on the menu and I can honestly say I enjoyed everything. My favorites were the Suya wings, the beef and chicken shawarma and the chop plate. I love the fact that I was able to get all of my food mild and it still had so much flavor and that’s what lacks for me at some Nigerian places is that when you remove the spice, they don’t know how to do flavor but @goodchopshtx gets it! If you can handle the heat I say go for it!! I recommend yall check them out!
