they do this in China (Shanghai) too, I was there with my nephew back when he was a toddler and had blonde hair, we were out for a walk and we had to stop because there were about 30 people surrounding us. they started taking pictures of him and touching his hair. was the most surreal experience and honestly quite scary 😳
