Add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Divide into 9 large cookies. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes (4 cookies at a time). Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
