I think the big difference is, in the past 10 years, in America, the politics have strongly divided us. Americans are fighting with Americans. Internationally they’re seeing this about us. They’re seeing our politics. But the World Cup fans that have come here are not about politics and are just about having a great time. Most Americans don’t even care about soccer. But we’re seeing people who are appreciating us and the country and being friendly towards us. We have been so used to fighting against each other. I think we’ve forgotten how to just be loose and happy. That is the joy the World Cup fans are bringing to us.
