@hybridcalisthenics: Your bodyweight rows may be forearm curls This isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact, for some people, it strengthens a weak link and makes pullups easier (especially the mid to top part of the range). But if you'd like to push your back to work harder, try adjusting the angle of the row. Try it without bar/rings and see how you'd naturally want to pull if you were told to pull as hard as you could. Try making your exercise technique more similar to that. It can be a bit hard to balance. This may be a flaw of bodyweight rows that prevent them from being better. That said, they're still a great way to train pulling your exercise - you just make need to tweak them a bit to work what you want. Have a wonderful day! #hybridcalisthenics
