They rolled this back, they aren’t doing that. Plus there budget for third party tools would be priced at API prices not through subscription prices. API prices burn A LOT faster then subscription does. So if you ran Opus 4.8 pricing would be $5 input & $25 output. Depending on your tasks you’ll burn through that pretty quickly.
