Can you talk about dismissive avoidant attachment theory wounds in men. I want to marry someone but I think he is avoidant he’s never actually been married reaching 50 at first his calm detached exterior came across as secure until I noticed the patterns each time he gets close and potential vulnerability he pulls away and I won’t hear from him, even though I think I do lean anxious ive noticed it’s actually the first time I haven’t crashed out and it’s healed something in me to be more patient? I’m just if it’s worth to wait for him, I’ve prayed the istikhara I make a lot of istighfar and I pray for him.
