I'll go with a Delta-PAG cooler Those run -10 hech they even have one with a fan in case you want to mount it under the truck or somewhere where they won't be in direct airflow. You only need a relay and a temperature sensor to trigger the fan when it get to like 180f or so

we have a 2006 freightliner m2 106 with a c7 cat and a allison automatic and the trans does stay on the cooler side if i run 60 or under for a long period of time. if i run the governed speed of 65 for hours on end it tends to run a little warm but not overheat and sometimes gets warm enough that i can feel the heat from the trans cover in the floor. i try to take care of it but my the company simply wants to run it til it cant no more

Sure. Ummmm…. Show me the pump. Like, show all of us the pump that is inside the manual transmission that is responsible for the gear oil to flow through these coolers efficiently for cooling effectiveness. I’m really curious.

Hayden 1240 cooler is the only way to go , the factory coolant cooled coolers are a silent killer
