I literally do not feel anything in my glutes no matter the type of RDL I do. I have to directly think about my glutes to activate them in this lift.

Bret never responds but I’d like to know why my tilted pelvis only feels glutes in a hip hinge RDL variety on my knees. Only. I’ve tried sooo many ways on my feet. Never works.

Not a fan of Bulgarian Splits Squats, but for once I can feel it my glutes. I did them yesterday just like that man explained a bit of pelvic rotation to it and heavier on the dumbbells, and holy cow my ass is on 🔥! It’s hurts to sit! 😂😭😣
