@girl_named_saf84: My opinion on The Polygamist A lot of people think this movie is about polygamy, but I think it’s about something much deeper character What stood out to me wasn’t the number of women involved. It was how one man’s choices affected so many lives. The movie shows how manipulation, dishonesty, and selfishness can destroy trust, families, and people’s self-worth. One lesson I learned is that you cannot love someone into becoming a better person. You cannot be beautiful enough, patient enough, loyal enough, or understanding enough to change a person who does not want to change. The women in this movie kept hoping that love would be enough. But sometimes love is not the problem character is Another lesson is that many women are taught to fight for relationships, but not enough are taught to walk away when those relationships are hurting them And before anyone says “all men are the same,” I don’t believe that. Good men exist. Honest men exist. Loyal men exist. Men who value one woman, protect her peace, respect her feelings, and remain faithful still exist. They may be rare, but they exist What this movie taught me is not to lose faith in love. It taught me to pay attention to character. Because no amount of money, charm, success, or sweet words can compensate for a lack of integrity At the end of the day, the biggest lesson from The Polygamist is this Never let your desire to be loved become greater than your desire to be respected
