These are not really running shoes they are the Walmart “running” shoes they are more style type shoe. If you want real running shoes you gonna have to go to running shoe store. They can be pricey but good quality running shoes feel totally different. Definitely worth it if you plan to run a lot. Shoes are like tires. Some tires are too look pretty and that’s totally fine in its place but if you need performance you need tires that help you perform. But if you only running like as in a a couple miles a week then you don’t have to ball out at all but still go to a running shoe store to see how running shoes should look and feel and you can find some decent shoes at Walmart and other shoe places. But first you need to know what your looking for

To be fair, if I got 30 miles outta shoes I’d say they’re decent to my standard because I’m so hard on them.
