I finished my AA in a year. Transferred to a big university and am finishing it in a year and half. I’m finishing a 4 year degree in 2 and a half years. Easy peasy and no debt

I attended CC right out of high school because it was close to home so I could still live with my parents. I also didn’t know yet what I wanted to do as a career. That was 30 yrs ago. It was a good decision

CC=I didn't take hs seriously and my parents are forcing me to go to school, so I'll go for a year and then drop out. Look at the actual transfer rates. It's not a good option of you really want a degree.

My mother went to a community college, then a university for her bachelor’s and master’s. Then NYU for a doctorate. She is proudest of her CC days as that was her first stepping stone to academia. She was a retired college professor and passed away last year. So yeah, CC can take you places 💕
