please please please, it's ok to get a house that "needs love", a few repairs, etc. but please be careful with houses with mold. cheap houses often had water damage

A cheap house like that requires so much more maintenance and money to keep them going. If you don’t maintain them they fall apart and you lose your investment. That house will cost you a fortune or be torn down in five years
