i personally am disappointed with sunbringers design and i miss old sunbringer but i’m excited for season 3. i just hope that the designs end up less short in the front? remielle’s design in the front is a tad short but she’s still pretty nonetheless ! i just wish hoyoverse would slightly tune down the fanservice. ‼️

Whether it’s the original her or not isn’t the point — the criticism is that it’s lazy 😭 the design has no mystique, no build up, no interesting aspects, it’s just more Yixuan. It’s just more of the same, why keep doing this insanity as opposed to doing something new 😭😭. Yeah, maybe it’s not the og Sunbringer, but the og Sunbringer was 100 times more interesting

I feel like most of the hate is coming from the fact that the designs lately have just been reheated yixuan nachos. Lucia, yidhari and now eldreda sunbringer all have the same latex bodysuit as her when it doesn't even fit their character, it's just not good character design

ok i consistently play this game & i am very excited for szn3, HOWEVER, zzz's design philosophy HAS changed (arguably for the worse) over the course of szn2. a lot of the earlier designs are tasteful & incorporate characters' factions & jobs into their outfits. newer designs feel recycled (yixuan clones) & dont tell u nearly as much abt the characters as they used to. the disappointment of sunbringer's design change comes from the fact that she was teased as super cool & badass & now all those aspects of her have been stripped. the 3 clones things also js feels like a lazy cop out tbh - and no im not going to pull for her 😪

I’m smoking massive amounts of copium that the three sun ringers will somehow potara fusion their way into a similar design to the old sunbringer but honestly? If that really is her final design I’ll just skip her. “Bad” designs might be annoying but they ain’t enough for me to quit playing

People spreading misinformation is stupid. People being fed up or angry with the style of new designs is totally reasonable though. The only way to get through to these large companies typically, is large scale backlash and low earnings and zenless devs have shown that they bend the knee to backlash. Many players may be in a sunk cost fallacy where they don’t like the new characters but have already invested a lot in older characters so don’t want to leave
