Pangea only happened because of the flood we know about in the Bible. The water than came from below and above caused the dispersion of the plates

This "fact" that the "Appalachian mountains are a billion years old" is so annoying to me because its just misinformation. The rock the mountains are made of are ~1 billion years old NOT the mountains themselves, a mountain range started to form ~480 million years ago, not the Appalachians, the Central Pangean Mountains aka the brown in the video are ~280 million years old, only after ~200 million years did the Appalachians split from the CPM, making a stand alone mountain range. The Appalachians are not that old, please do real "research"!!
