Uber driver here 🙋🏻♀️thats not allowed ... riders must have accessibility to open the door at anytime they want, whether the car has automatic release. Thats a safety hazard. If theres an emergency the rider must be able to use the door handle 🤦🏻♀️

hey if you can't reach lyft customer service through the app or nothing happens when you report, try messaging them through facebook messenger. customer service team is very quick and responsive through the chat.
