So we were taught to Doppler the RUPV (?, lower left in image). Is it incorrect to Doppler any other PV? Especially in the case of MR and looking for systolic flow reversal…is it incorrect to Doppler any PV? Because sometimes the regurgitation is eccentric and I can see reversal w/ color in a different PV.
