I work in Quality Assurance please call them and let them know they will most likely retrieve it from you and investigate the batch hopefully you still have the box the Mac and cheese balls came in bc there is lot important information on that box that is very helpful for the investigation to prevent things like this from happening in the future!

I just found you & normally I scroll past & will not follow influencers who eat & talk at the same time but for some reason when you do it- it doesn’t bother me! I think you have such a gentle voice, sweet aura, & your videos are so peaceful I can get past you eating and talking😂

They aren’t stale!! I worked for chipotle for years they are thrown out at the end of day and made fresh in the morning they are just undercooked most add too much in the fryer in hopes of finishing faster but it just creates uneven undercooked chips

Maybe it’s burnt cheese! I broil the top of my Mac n cheese and it gets crispy and brown like that
