@kalimonsterr: And I’m afraid it IS that serious for us. I have been LOSING MY MIND over the teaser for Ocarina of Time. And this was just a short thing, and practice for keyframes but mostly to pay homage to a game that was a massive part of my childhood. My maw got all us cousins an N64 to play when she kept us all at her house, and that alone is what defined my love for gaming in general. But my older cousins did what happens to kids, they grow up and started cultivating their lives and friendships and I was often alone with my maw. That is where I fell in love with this game and the Legend of Zelda series as a whole. When I was alone, it was there and I didn’t feel alone. When i wanted to escape the real world, I could go. When I was afraid of things in the game, I learned what overcoming fear felt like. It has been such an inspiration in my life and I hope and PRAY this brings back that feeling again for me as an adult. I fully intend to take PTO for this release. 🥺 Yall should tell me about your favorite Zelda games. Are you excited for this release? I awoke to the sound of time I walked down stairs and looked at my older brother playing Ocarina of Time. I sat and watched his adventure unfold and cheered him on. when my brother left for college he left me the n64 and thus it was time for me to go on my own adventure. I will never forget the feeling and hearing those notes again made me 7 again.

You need to buy a Switch 2 and pay for a $70-$80 remake, which will not likely be a physical copy because Nintendo is pushing a digital non-ownership future.

3 notes, and an entire generations heart skipped a beat and awoken us all as if we were sleeper agents. those 3 notes, and we went from 'i dont need a switch 2, theres nothing i really NEED to play on it'. to '600 bucks seems like a fair amount to relive that nostalgia'. Nintendo has our number, and with 3 notes, they called it. im nearly in my 4th decade, an i was instantly 10 yrs old again, fighting to save Hyrule, all from just 3 notes

This was me when the Super Mario Galaxy bundle was announced. I didn’t get it at launch cause I needed the money for other stuff, but I got it eventually and I’ve already 100% the 1st game, now I’m working on getting all the green stars in the 2nd one (I never made it that far in either game)
